Down in Ruidosa

This project was all about creating space where it mattered most—the kitchen. KM BUILDERS designed a seamless kitchen addition that expanded the home’s footprint and transformed how the family cooks, gathers, and lives every day.

With clean lines, warm finishes, and a layout that enhances both flow and function, the new kitchen brings ease and comfort to the heart of the home. This addition also allowed for more natural light, better storage, and the breathing room the original layout lacked.

Down in Ruidosa shows how a well-executed kitchen addition can elevate not just the space, but the way a home feels and functions.
