Our Remodeling Timeline
First Look Consultation
- Meet with Keith Moehle (owner and President)
- Share your ideas and vision for your home
- Receive initial guidance and suggestions
- Sign Design Agreement
Site Assessment
- Meet assigned Design Consultant
- Team visits home for measurements and photos
- Discuss project details and design preferences
Design Meetings
- Review inspirations with Design Consultant
- Create new design plans
- View 3D renderings
- Make decisions on scope of work
Proposal Meeting
- Review finalized design plans and 3D renderings
- Discuss project costs and options
- Sign contract if approved
Interior Design Selections
- Visit showroom or vendor meetings
- Select finish materials (tile, backsplash, countertops, fixtures, etc.)
- Choose paint colors and flooring
Pre-Construction Meeting
- Meet with Project Manager, Production Manager, and Production Coordinator
- Set up BuilderTrend account
- Establish communication channels
- Discuss logistics (project entrance, lockbox, dust protection, etc.)
Construction Phase
- Weekly meetings with Project Manager
- Discuss concerns and review production schedule
Final Walk-Through
- Meet with Finish Crew Manager
- Review warranty and final documents
- Project completion
