After multiple contractors were considered, KM BUILDERS was selected for the Smart Home project—but what sealed the deal? A spicy margarita. During their initial meeting, Keith recommended that the producers visit Paloma Blanca and try their signature spicy margarita. They took his advice, loved the experience, and felt an instant connection with the KM BUILDERS team.
With tight deadlines and evolving designs due to sponsorships, the team had to stay flexible. Weekly Zoom meetings kept decisions moving fast, often finalizing details just days before execution. Despite working under extreme time constraints—completing the project in nearly half the usual timeframe—KM BUILDERS delivered.
The final walkthrough was intense, with every detail scrutinized. The result? HGTV called it the "shortest punch list they've ever had." At the reveal party, industry experts praised the craftsmanship, calling it one of the best-built smart homes they've seen.
