Terrell Hills Transformation

This Terrell Hills home remodel turned a dark, dated great room into a refined, character-filled retreat. KM BUILDERS removed heavy built-ins and introduced a striking floor-to-ceiling steam fireplace, wrapped in plaster and framed by custom faux wood beams and eyebrow archways—bringing softness and architectural detail throughout.

A redesigned entryway with marble flooring and wood inlay sets the tone for a cohesive, timeless interior. Every update—from layout shifts to elegant finishes—was crafted to create beauty, flow, and lasting comfort.

Extending beyond the great room, the same design language was carried through the hallway and into the formal living room, where a complementary fireplace and continued beamwork tied everything together. The result is a seamless, elevated home where every space now feels intentional, warm, and worthy of gathering.
