How Does KM BUILDERS Operate?

Before we start any project or meet with a client for the first time, one of the most frequently asked questions we get is how do we operate.

KM BUILDERS operates by providing an all-inclusive, In-House Design Experience for our clients. When you work with KM BUILDERS, our 50 person in-house team will work with you personally to guide you through each phase of your project. When you start a project with KM BUILDERS, you’ll be assigned a Design Consultant who is hand selected based on the needs of your project and personality. This will ensure that each clients’ experience is tailored to their project and needs.

During the design phase of the remodeling process, your Design Consultant will act as your personal liaison. They’ll take care of scheduling each design meeting to finalize plans and make design selections such as cabinetry flooring, tile, backsplash, paint colors, light fixtures and more. KM BUILDERS has our own showroom where you can select most of your interior design materials at our office. As your Design Consultant works directly with you, you’ll also have a team of estimators, architectural designers and interior designers all working behind the scenes to help bring your project to fruition. 

When your project moves from the design phase to the construction phase, your Design Consultant will pass the baton to your Project Manager to become your next liaison. Your Project Manager will be providing you with daily updates about your project. They’ll tell you who will be arriving at your home, what work will be done, what time our in-house construction crew will be arriving, and about how long they'll be there. We provide you with these updates so that it won’t feel like strangers are working in your home. This allows our clients to have the opportunity to get to know our guys in the field because we have our own field crew that we use on all of our jobs. 

While KM BUILDERS operates mostly in-house, we also operate like family. Most of our team members have worked with us for several years which has turned our office and field crew into one big family. So when you decide to work with KM BUILDERS, it’ll feel like working with family.
