In this Shavano Park primary suite remodel, the homeowners wanted to preserve the warm, rustic charm of their space—while making it feel more personalized and serene. KM BUILDERS honored the existing layout and aesthetic, focusing on intentional upgrades that elevate everyday comfort.

The most notable change was the replacement of the original drop-in tub with a sculptural freestanding soaking tub, instantly refreshing the room while staying true to the home’s character. Updates to the vanity area, lighting, and finishes brought new life to the suite without sacrificing its cozy, grounded feel.
