Crest Haus

This fully customized whole-house remodel reflects the perfect intersection of function and personal style. For this New Braunfels home, KM BUILDERS reimagined the layout inside and out—creating spaces that not only look beautiful but support the unique needs of the homeowners.

The formerly open exterior walkway was enclosed and transformed into a bright sunroom, a practical mudroom, and a functional storage area. One of the most dramatic updates is the new grand staircase that replaced a steep front ramp, becoming an architectural focal point for the home’s exterior.

Inside, personal touches abound—from a reinforced closet system to a hunter’s gear room, a dedicated craft storage wall, and a custom wine storage nook. Every inch of Crest Haus was thoughtfully designed to support the homeowners' daily routines and passions, proving that whole-home remodeling is most powerful when it’s personal.
