This Terrell Hills home is overflowing with charm and character, and we couldn’t be more excited to share the stunning details that make this project one-of-a-kind!

Great Room Transformation

The great room was originally lacking purpose, with an outdated, gloomy feel and library-style cabinets that didn’t fit the space. To bring the home together, we replaced the built-ins with a floor-to-ceiling fireplace wrapped in exquisite plasterwork. This all-season fireplace is steam-generated, maintenance-free, and features stunning decorative tiles, perfectly suited for a Texas-style home.

Custom Faux Wood Beams

To add warmth and character, we installed custom faux wood beams, giving the space a feminine touch. These beams not only frame the fireplace but also extend through the front hallway, seamlessly tying the great room to the rest of the home.

Entryway Revamp

We also reimagined the entryway with a bright, inviting design. A marble floor with an elegant wooden inlay now welcomes guests, giving them a glimpse of the home’s beauty from the moment they step inside.
