Canyon Lake Suite

This custom room addition was designed to create a long-term haven for a retired couple ready to enjoy the next chapter of life. KM BUILDERS expanded their primary suite to include a spacious bedroom and spa-inspired bathroom, blending elegance with practicality.

The layout was reimagined to support aging in place, featuring wide transitions, smart storage, and materials selected for ease and comfort. Natural light, soft finishes, and warm tones give the suite a calming, elevated atmosphere that reflects the couple’s vision for restful living.

Canyon Lake Suite is a beautiful example of how a custom addition can create space that supports not only your home—but your lifestyle.
