Pleasanton Whole House Project Take Off!

It may sound cliche to say this home won't look the same once we're done with it, but it could not be more true for this home!

The original builder of this home designed it to have a large breezeway with the main house on the right side and a casita with a small kitchenette on the left side. The breezeway gives you a beautiful view from the front to the back of the property, with a beautiful view of the small lake near the home. However, after much thought, the homeowners decided they wanted more living space and were ready to convert the breezeway into something stunning.

We're closing the breezeway and converting the casita into a second primary suite bedroom featuring a new en-suite bathroom with a luxurious wet room, a small sitting area, and a covered patio. Right outside the new primary suite will be a grand foyer entrance to compliment the grandiose design of the home. We're creating a new office on the home's second floor with a french door entry and large windows to see the beautiful backyard views.
