Behind every great company is an even better origin story. And most origin stories begin with the hard work and dedication of one special individual, but not ours. KM BUILDERS is the heart-felt and dedicated company it is today because of two special individuals, Keith Moehle and Morgan Moehle Roberts.
When he was a teenager, Keith’s desire has been to help as many people as possible with his love and passion for construction.
Growing up, Keith always had a big heart that was dedicated to helping and serving others.
As he grew older, all Keith has ever wanted to do is help and serve as many people as possible with his love and passion for construction. He would hear stories from close friends and family members about their diasterious experiences with contractors or other remodelers working on their homes. He heard a consistent lack in communication, gaps in work schedules and an overall lack of sincere client care. So when Keith established KM BUILDERS in 1984, he set out to create a company that not only built high-quality homes but also met those higher client relation standards. Keith had a vision in composing a remodeling experience that would make clients feel cared for as if they were family.
This is where, “Design the Experience, Experience the Design” originates from.
To further assist with that vision, he brought his daughter, Morgan, on board as the Client Experience Manager. Growing up with a design-build remodeler, Keith Moehle, as a father, she has had her foot in the remodeling industry since birth. She loved watching her father work towards building a company that held higher client relation standards and had always dreamt of matching her own ambitions and drive with that of her father’s. When Morgan stepped into her role as Client Experience Manager, she had a natural gift for making clients feel as if they were right at home. The more time she spent with our clients and our team, the more she was able to coach and guide our team to deliver a client experience that is based on genuine care.
Together, Keith and Morgan have crafted a boutique remodeling experience where intentional time is taken to get to know our clients and understand the needs for their home.
