The Geneseo House

In this charming historic home, KM BUILDERS took a preservation-first approach—honoring the existing architecture while crafting a kitchen suited for modern living.

Without disrupting the bones of the space, our team introduced custom cabinetry, classic finishes, and elevated lighting to complement the home's original character. A new coffee nook and open shelving were seamlessly integrated, blending convenience with design elements that feel true to the era.

With careful attention to detail, this kitchen remodel maintains its historic soul while offering the comfort, storage, and efficiency today’s homeowners expect. The result is a space that feels quietly luxurious and perfectly at home in its past, present, and future.
