From your initial phone call with our radiant receptionist, Victoria, to your intimate consultation with our president, Keith, and the close contact with your efficient and attentive project manager - we pride ourselves on a team that does not just proclaim they care, but ACTUALLY DOES.

We listen to the vision and idea you have for your home, finding customized solutions so that you CAN live in the home you’ve always wanted.
We deliver an “all hands on deck experience.” We are a team, assembled to assist YOU. Multiple eyes, multiple hands designing and delivering the highest quality to you.
During the design process, we’ll spend several meetings together fine tuning the vision and vibe you have for your home. We’ll educate you on our product standards and assist you in making selections that will create a cohesive design and enhance your vision.
In addition to our meticulous design process, our high standard for attention to detail bleeds into our build process. Well before we begin construction, we order all of the necessary materials to avoid delays in your project timeline. We would rather delay your start date to ensure all materials are safely stored at our warehouse than risk delaying your project timeline and living in a construction zone longer than necessary.
We thrive on OPEN COMMUNICATION. You will be included in daily text threads with your ENTIRE team, on time, every morning with the schedule for each day. You will have viewing and comment access to see your remodeling timeline online, as well.
We take the extra time and effort to make sure the job is done right. We thoroughly clean and tidy-up our work spaces everyday before we leave your home. We build and set up meticulous dust protection walls. Instead of using plastic dust protection, we build temporary walls reinforced with Tyvek to make sure the non-work areas of your home stays spotless. We also use HEPA-AIRE filtration systems to ensure dust or other allergens do not travel into your air ducts to protect any members of your household who may suffer from dust allergies. As a courtesy to the members of your home, we never block any walking spaces and we make it a priority to not disrupt your home’s function while we work. During construction, our primary goal is make your home feel as normal as possible.

We want you to feel EXCITEMENT and ANTICIPATION. Before your first meeting as our client, you’ll receive a hand-delivered Personalized Planner for your remodel.
In your planner, you’ll find layouts for inspiration, meeting timelines, preparation tips and more. We want every step of your remodeling journey to be and feel as smooth and customized as possible.
