Problem: The Bose family lived out in the country, but had limited access to their quaint country views. They also had a cramped kitchen that was closed off from the living area which made entertaining difficult during the holidays.
Wish List: Leathered granite countertops, additional area for seating, an updated patio.
Solution: Remove unused kitchen door, add in windows, tear out the wall to create a larger kitchen, new flooring, updated cabinets, countertops, and appliances.
THE BOSE PROJECT STARTED BACK IN 2018…
These client’s had a long list of things they wanted to update in their country home. New flooring, updates to the kitchen and opening the space to the living room were the top priority. When Keith went on the first look to the couple’s house one of the first things he noticed was a lack of the beautiful countryside.
He suggested they put in windows to really appreciate the nature around them as well as bring in some much-needed lighting. This is precisely what they did.
The couple removed a door right off of the kitchen that they never used to make room for beautiful windows. They also installed LVP flooring over their old tile and selected brand new appliances & cabinetry.
The result was a bright, clean kitchen with an oversized island and leathered granite countertops to prepare all of the meals.
